Another trick to enjoy life and relax during the pregnancy is to prepare her favorite drink but without the alcohol. After all, a virgin Cesar or a Shirley Temple can be as enjoyable in good company. There are also a great variety of beer and wine without alcohol.

Another benefit from the mother-to-be of staying away from alcohol during her pregnancy is that she may experience less mood swings due to the combination of alcohol and her hormone imbalance.

No parent who love their baby would consider putting beer in their babys bottle, why put it in their placenta then?
